Words of Wisdom I have
gathered here and there
Tend to your spirit with
care, and it will soar freely,
and take you to the places
of your dreams !
If you can start your
day without caffeine,
If you can get going
without pep pills ,
If you can always be
cheerful , ignoring aches and pains ,
if you can resist complaining
and boring people with your troubles,
If you can eat the same
food everyday and still be grateful for it,
If you can understand
when your loved ones are too busy
to give you any time
or attention,
If you can overlook it
when those you love
take it out on you when
it is not your fault,
If you can take criticism
and blame without resentment,
If you can ignore a friends
limited education and never correct him,
If you can resist treating
a rich friend better than a poor friend,
If you can face the world
without lies and deceit,
If you can conquer tension
without medical help,
If you can relax without
alcohol and sleep without drugs,
If you can honestly say
you have no prejudice against race, religion or politics',
THEN
YOU MY FRIEND ARE ALMOST AS PERFECT AS YOUR DOG
A lie travels the world,
while the truth is still putting her boots on !
Destiny is not a matter
of chance, it is a matter of choice !
May we touch the Earth
with kind and gentle hands,
that freedom will be
found in this and other lands,
and joyous peace shall
reign throughout the world !
It is less of a problem
to be poor, than to be dishonest !
Any fool can criticize
and condemn and complain, and most fools do !
Having two ears and one
tongue, means we should listen twice as much as we speak !
* Treat the Earth and
all that dwell there in with respect
* Remain close to the
Great Spirit .
* Show great respect
for your fellow beings
*Work together for the
benefit of all mankind.
*Give assistance and
kindness wherever needed.
*Do what you know is
right.
* Look after the well
being of your mind and body.
* Dedicate a share of
your efforts to a greater good.
*Be truthful and honest
at all times.
*Take full responsibility
for your actions.
We were born into families,
so that we can learn to get along with people
we would not choose as
friends !
May your vision be clear,
may your heart be strong,
and may you always follow
your dreams !
The Earth is our mother
care for her, and take from the earth what is needed
and nothing more !
The
heart was truly meant to be a little wild, and a little free !
